LUISA is woven from palas-jajim cloth, fine sheep's wool dyed only with vegetable pigment and knotted tightly enough to hold its filigree pattern. Because the panel comes from its own length of hand-woven cloth, the colorway on this LUISA won't match the next one made.
A woven carpet panel sits on the flap edge with a second worked into the bag body, closing at the top and carried on an adjustable strap suited to shoulder or cross-body wear.
