Shipping policy
Shipping options and delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, when you place your order, and item availability.
When you check out, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost, and the estimated delivery date before you complete your purchase.
Delivery times
- Spain: 2–4 business days after your order ships.
- Rest of the European Union: 3–7 business days after your order ships.
- United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and other international destinations: 5–12 business days after your order ships.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. Please note that deliveries are made only on working days, and delivery times may be longer during holidays or high-demand periods.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method you choose.
Free shipping is offered worldwide on all orders of €149 or more (orders of exactly €149 qualify). For orders under €149, a shipping fee will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Shipping regions
We currently ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Australia. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at contact@kardashii.com and we will do our best to help.
Multiple deliveries
Sometimes we may send the items in your order in multiple deliveries, depending on their availability, so that you receive them as soon as possible. There is no additional cost to you for split deliveries.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
